Computize was established in 1983 in Houston, Texas.

Computize is a Minority, Woman owned Enterprise.

Computize specializes in helping customers to reduce the cost of ownership of IT products. Specifically:
    1)  We offer quality products at competitive costs.
    2)  We accept customers' orders electronically from customers' systems.
    3)  We fulfill orders accurately and expeditiously.
    4)  We can invoice customers electronically.

For enterprise customers we tightly integrate our system with customers' procurement systems like Ariba and SAP to accept orders electronically. We also integrate with major suppliers' systems to source products from the optimum suppliers and their warehouses. Customers can check their order and shipment status on real time basis. We invoice customers electronically via EDI or whichever means they choose.

Such integrations help us lower our cost of serving our customers, passing these savings to our customers offering them competitive prices for IT products. It allows us to shorten the elapsed time between customer's placing an order and receiving products and reduce the work involved in managing processes for procuring IT products. Many of our customers receive ordered products the next day via ground shipment since we select the warehouse closest to the receiving location, and since the order flows electronically from customers' systems to shipping warehouses; we reduce the time from order to shipment.

We also believe that you need somebody to call when there is a special item you need to procure or a problem with a shipment, that is why Computize has groups of seasoned inside sales representatives who can help customers when they need them.

We maintain general online catalog current updating the content on a weekly basis. We also maintain special catalogs for customers. Our ordering system has capabilities to check the availability of products at the warehouses of major suppliers on a real time basis.

As an Apple specialist we have a group of sales staff well versed in Apple products.
